Founding Member Terms

This is a short, plain-English addendum to my Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — just for founding members. Where these terms give you more than the standard Terms (like real, personal support), these win. Everything else in the standard Terms and Privacy Policy still applies.
1. Who This Covers
You're a founding member if you claim one of the 50 founding seats by redeeming a FOUNDING code at checkout during the founding window — the first 50 seats, open through July 31, 2026 (whichever comes first). Once those seats are gone or the window closes, the founding offer ends and standard pricing applies.
2. Your Customer-Service Exception
My standard Terms are honest about this: Insights is normally self-serve, with no traditional customer service — it's just me running this. Founding members are the exception. As a founding member, you get:
- A direct line to me. Email, message, or call/text me directly at 970-502-1118 and I'll personally answer — I aim to get back to you within 2 business days.
- Done-with-you setup. I'll personally help you get your first setup right, so the tools actually work for your business.
This is a genuine commitment, not a 24/7 call center — it's one real person who answers. The "2 business days" is my honest target, not a same-hour SLA.
3. Your Founding Price for Your First Year
Your founding rate of $44.99/month (instead of $99) holds for your first 12 monthsof active membership, then moves to the standard $99/month. If you cancel and resubscribe later, the founding rate may no longer be available, since founding seats are limited to the first 50.
4. A Hand in What Gets Built
Founding members help steer where this goes. Send me your requests and ideas directly, and they carry real weight in what I build next. (That's a promise to listen and prioritize — not a guarantee that any specific feature ships.)
5. Everything Else Still Applies
Your founding membership runs on the same foundation as everyone else's: the 7-day free trial, the 72-hour money-back guarantee, billing through Stripe, the AI disclaimer, the one-website rule, and how your data is handled — all exactly as written in the standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These Founding Member Terms only add to those; they don't take anything away.
